Dr. Evans had a fascination with science and medicine as a young child. She has a love and appreciation for animals that exponentially grew throughout childhood. This love for science and animals sparked her journey in becoming a veterinarian. She grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and went to Ohio State University for her bachelors degree. After OSU she attended University of Missouri where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. After several years of practicing in both Missouri and Ohio, Dr. Evans purchased Groveport Animal Clinic and began practicing in April of 2020. The opportunity to work alongside the tremendous GAC staff, and meet all of the patients and owners has been the most rewarding experience in her veterinary medicine career. She loves to witness all of the unique, special bonds that each of the owners have with their pets.
She believes that animals are deserving of high quality medical care and veterinary visits are a crucial aspect in keeping animals healthy/comfortable due to their inability to communicate ailments to owners. She is a big proponent of educating owners through open communication and dialogue. The more educated owners are, the better they are able to care for their pets.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Evans enjoys spending time as a family with her husband Sean, two daughters Ellie and Faye, and maltipoo Bella. Most of her free weekends are spent on a lake, hiking, or relaxing on a patio.

From a very young age, Kelsey knew animals would always be at the center of her life. She brought home every stray animal she could due to a strong need to help them. Kelsey continued to help animals and that passion has never gone away. She has been in the veterinary field for 10 years as an experienced veterinary assistant. Kelsey currently attends Purdue’s Veterinary Nursing Distance Learning Program and will obtain her applied science associate degree in the summer of 2023 and will take VTNE to obtain her Veterinary Technician License.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys kayaking, flea marketing, and producing stained glass projects. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Jarrod, 3 dogs (Bear, Rosco, and Odin, 5 cats(Loudred, Mogwai, Kramer, Porg, and Monkey), her chinchilla (Henry), and her Holland Lop(Padfoot).
Kelsey has a very soft spot for small exotics and pocket pets, as well as shelter animals. She has spent much of her time helping the shelter in her hometown, rescuing pocket pets, and rehabilitating wildlife. She loves helping those in need and seeing happy endings! Erica to this day does not know why her parents allowed her to have so many pets growing up, especially after the ferret jumped out and bit her mom’s ankles or when one kitten turned into three, but Erica knew after seeing how her dad had ‘this special way” with dogs she would always have animals in her life. She attended Bradford College and graduated in 2010 with an applied science associate’s degree. She has been in the veterinary field since. Erica knew after a few years as a vet tech that she needed more and pursued a career as an office manager. She loves being a team player as well as a support system for staff and clients.
She is a huge fan of music and used to DJ. To pay tribute to passion for music, her pet’s names are always music themed. Currently she has three dogs, Cobain, Layla, Sanford, and two cats named Linkin and Thriller.
When not working her favorite thing to do is take the dogs hiking. She also has a green thumb and finds true happiness and peace with plants and wildlife. She will always have a soft spot for animals and over the years has opened her home to numerous animals in need. She has been able to rehome and find wonderful homes for all of her rescues. She can proudly say that she has only had two foster fails.
Groveport Animal Clinic has been a blessing in her life due to the amazing patients, clients and a support staff like no other!

In her life Anna has strived to do what she can do to improve the lives of the people around her. And since she started at the clinic, it has translated to not only to people’s lives, but to their pets as well. Anna’s pets mean the world to her and she wants the best for them, just as you want the best for yours. As a receptionist, she takes the majority of the phone calls so she hears firsthand what is going on with the pet. She has now applied these skills as a receptionist which made for an easy transition to vet assistant. She now wears many hats at Groveport Animal Clinic. Her ultimate goal is to become a registered veterinary technician which she hopes to achieve in the near future.
Her main goal is to treat your pets like she would her own and that means making sure they are loved and taken care of. She strives to get every detail about your pet’s condition in order that they can receive the best care possible. She loves interacting with our clients and being able to see just how much these pets are cared for, not only within the clinic, but at home as well.
